I should say Andy you are spot on (and the paper forms were not my idea!). The conference organisation highlighted some of the points in the post about the need for basic practical actions. For example — as I was using Google Slides my presentation didn’t work as the browser was years out of date.

Real need for basic barrier to digital tools being removed.
