Thanks Dave I agree.

In my experience that process also emerges because we bend over backwards to do more things , adding layers of complexity and cost into the process.

The shift we are attempting to make it find our ‘irreducible core’ — and then constantly refine and innovate against it. Accept we are not always the right people to solve the problem and leave it to another organisation!
